Deterministic deals
True Solitaire converts a game ID and deal value into a stable 32-bit seed, then applies a deterministic Fisher–Yates shuffle. The same game and seed reproduce the same opening deck order.
What “random” means here
A new random deal begins with values supplied by the browser cryptography API when available. Daily deals use the UTC calendar date. Numbered deals use the exact phrase or number entered by the player.
Honest hints
The launch hint engine enumerates legal moves and chooses a practical candidate. It does not label a deal “winnable” and does not claim a move is uniquely optimal. Solver-certified modes should only be added when a complete, versioned solver can reproduce the result.
Rule validation
Automated tests check deck integrity, deterministic shuffles, opening layouts, foundation rules, tableau restrictions, special pairing behavior, stock actions, and completion conditions. The build also rejects duplicate canonical metadata and broken internal links.
Privacy by architecture
The launch game engine runs in the browser. Saved games, settings, and personal statistics remain in local storage unless a future synchronization feature is explicitly enabled by the player.
